What is the return policy?
Depending on the product, it may be eligible for returning.
The Skyward Post: Because each Mail Club package is carefully curated and prepared specifically for each member, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Feel free to cancel anytime before the 25th of that month to guarantee a cancel of the letter and a refund.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly make it right.
Mail Club memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Are any purchases final sale?

When will I get my order?
Regular Products: I try my best to get everything shipped out as soon as possible once an order is placed! You will receive your tracking number, an order confirmation email, and an estimated time of arrival!
The Skyward Post: All letters get mailed out 28th-31st of each month with hopes that they arrive within the first or second week of the next month!
Where are your products manufactured?
All of the products are designed by me! The majority of the products are produced in house but some like the stickers are with a manufacturer until I can afford to make those at home too!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for The Skyward Post is 100% free for all subscription types!
